Decent setting, very attentive staff.
Location just next door to a nearby cafe which had good breakfast options and the theatre. Also, close to train station...

My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights while exploring the area with our kids. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy local attractions. Our room in the annex was spacious, clean, and quiet, offering comfortable beds for a restful sleep. We dined at the bistro, and the food was fantastic; highlights included a perfectly cooked Barra and generous portions. The staff, especially the manager, were attentive and provided great local recommendations.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The friendly staff made my father's birthday special by accommodating our room requests. While our room had its quirks, the spacious shower and accessible features were appreciated. Its location near landmarks like Alison Homestead and TreeTops was perfect for family bonding activities.

I couldn't believe how noisy my room was; it faced a rooftop full of machinery that blared away until 3 am! I barely got any sleep, and the chaotic air conditioning didn’t help either.

Staying here felt like finding a warm hug on a chilly day! The air conditioning in the room was so perfect that it was like having a gentle breeze whisper sweet nothings, allowing for a dreamy sleep amidst nature's clamor. Plus, the comfortable beds were like marshmallows inviting a tired body to sink in and snooze!
Bathroom layout can be tricky.

I absolutely loved the elegant decoration of the hotel. The common areas were beautifully designed, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
A bit more information from the children working there would help.
